Laura Malone, the director of the Mini Cat Town rescue facility in San José, California (USA), was contacted by a family of cats in need of a home. A mother cat and her four kittens were transported to the city’s animal shelter. There was no additional information regarding their origins, but it was apparent that they needed to be accepted.
Mini Cat Town was quick to welcome the huge family, and upon closer inspection, they noticed that the small kittens had lovely brown fur that made them seem so cute. It’s uncommon to find a chocolate brown or cinnamon cat; this color is caused by a genetic mutation in the black color gene.
Laura explained to Love Meow:
“I can believe she was usually cared for by a person based on her weight and friendliness, but her paw pads are dry, like a cat that has spent a lot of time outside.”
A family is found for a cat with four brown kittens. The gorgeous babies turned out to be four wonderful young females, two of them have a solid pattern on their paws and white markings on their face and chest, while the other two have beautiful white socks on their paws and white colors on their face and chest.
“The noses and beans on the feet look to be a pinkish-brown color, which leads me to believe that they will not change to black like Mommy, but will remain close to this color. If that’s the case, they’ll be one-of-a-kind! ‘Laura said, ”
“On the first night, he would snarl at everything, establish steady eye contact, and take a defense stance. After a while, I understood she was just trying to communicate with me by letting me know she was afraid and protective of her kittens, but she also desired human connection and loving. Finally, the gorgeous Mars had the nerve to ask her foster family for assistance with her babies, whom she called Hershey, Reese’s or Reese, Twix, and Baby Ruth. While welcoming her people, the gentle and caring feline mother relaxed a little and began to knead with her paws.
As his foster mother put it,
«It’s the most gorgeous thing I’ve ever seen. He appears to be prancing about.’
The kittens, on the other hand, are growing up healthy, happy, and strong thanks to their mother’s care and affection. They are restless and learning to utilize their paws, as well as being playful and naughty. They’re lovely, and following their exploits is a lot of fun.
The adorable kittens are doing well in foster care, and their chocolate brown hair appears to be permanent. With each passing day, the felines grow bigger, naughtier, and stronger, and they will soon be lovely teens.
The kittens now spend the most of their time outside the nest, playing for long periods of time, of course under the care of their mother, who goes and grooms them as soon as she hears them cry, lavishing kisses and affection on them.
Finally, Laura says:
“I can tell Mars is the sort of mother that prefers her kids to be tiny at all times, but these cats are starting to move!”
